Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data we process when you contact us or book a call, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we process and why
- Contacting us by email or phone: name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message. Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Booking a call via Calendly: name, email address, the chosen time slot and any answers you provide. Purpose: to schedule the introductory call. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Visiting the website: technical logs kept by the hosting provider (IP address, time, browser details) for secure operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The booking button takes you to Calendly, where Calendly’s own privacy policy applies.
4. How long we keep data
If no collaboration follows, we keep enquiry data for up to 1 year after our last contact. If we work together, we keep it for the duration of the collaboration and for as long as the law requires (for example, accounting rules). Technical logs are kept briefly by the hosting provider under its own policy.
5. Who has access
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We use the following providers to operate:
- Google (Gmail) – email
- Calendly LLC – scheduling
- Vercel Inc. – website hosting
6. Transfers outside the EEA
The controller and some of the providers above are based in the United States. Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability. Send your request to kralikbeni@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., 1055 Budapest, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu) or with the supervisory authority in your country, or go to court.
